“In the future, our company will grow in two directions. Firstly, our services will become available in other markets. We are currently working on this and significant results are imminent. In addition to our Serbian operations, we have been employed in Africa, two projects have been completed in the UK, and we were recently awarded a contract in Slovenia. We are present in the Russian Federation, with negotiations underway for projects in Montenegro. We have therefore established branch offices in Moscow, Podgorica and Zagreb. It is our plan to have offices in Skopje and Banja Luka by the end of the year. The other direction for development will be improving the quality of our work and extending the scope of services we are able to offer our clients.
It is our desire and intention to offer foreign investors comprehensive services, which are for most part already available at Multicon. We expect our impressive rate of growth to continue in the future, with the number of turnkey projects expected to increase. Our service package will consist of design, project management, and construction services, something which is currently not common in local design companies.
Our internal organization is set so that one part of our company is dedicated to design, and the other to project management. Once a design is produced by the design bureau, it goes to the project management team for further processing: time schedules are produced, contractors organized, material and equipment procured. Design engineers visit sites regularly, perform design supervision and ensure that designed solutions are applied properly and consistently.
The number of employees in the company has been increasing by 100% annually. We ended our first year with five employees, and 2008 will be rounded off with a staff of 150, 85% of which are University graduates. This clearly mirrors our business growth so far. Our contracts are long-term and our clients keep returning, recommending us to others as well. Our company image is one of our biggest priorities.
