“… MULTICON was established in 2002 with an initial workforce of only five employees. We embarked on our venture with a passion. At the outset, we were only involved in design. The beginning was undoubtedly difficult, but we have since positioned ourselves as a dynamic, progressively expanding company, with hard work as the foundation for our growth.
The size of our staff complement grew over time, and the amount of business grew. Making human resources our focal point proved to be a winning decision. In addition to design, after a while, we were able to offer project management services. We then began scouting locations for potential investors and providing comprehensive “turnkey” services.
Out of a number of our major projects, I would like to single out Belexpo Centre Exhibition Hall and the Holiday Inn Hotel in Novi Beograd. The successful completion of these projects was achieved by Multicon, from the very beginning until the end: securing the location, developing site concept, design construction management, right up to obtaining the Occupancy Permit. The same goes for the Ford Showroom in Belgrade.
Worth mentioning are also: Telefonija Office Building, Europen Office/Commercial Building, several manufacturing plants in Indjija for foreign clients (notably Plastik and Izoterm). I would especially like to call attention to the long-standing cooperation with a number of investment companies from London, Athens and Tel Aviv, which trust us with the design and project management of their developments all over the world.”
